Been engaged with tasks, mostly not horticultural (unfortunately), so I find I've missed much the past few days. Thoroughly enjoyed all your recent postings, especially all those evocative indoor plants - a hint of tropics and warmer climes, as we schlep through the remainder of winter. I've been posting similar topics on Sam's site (shutterbug on knights pond).
Glad to hear about the birdbath heater... providing an open source of water for the birds is so important - reminds me that maybe it's time to touch on this subject again. Happy you had a chuckle at my last posting! ... Deb
Thanks for dropping by, Deb! I'll check the shutterbug site! Yep - schleping is a great word. I have to tell you that sunny walk was taken in 5 degrees Farenh. weather. It was so Cold, but the sun brought us through it! :-) My friend is a super walking partner! We can walk for hours.
Thank you for visiting today. I don't mean to make it hard for you to leave a message, but temporarily I am going to enable word verification. Too many spam messages to deal with lately. Thanks for your patience! SG
