We had exactly the same kind of day today Shady Gardener and like at your place, everything is wet and lush and green. Your shade plants are doing marvelously. We'll all be thankful for the rain when it's 90 and sweltering out, won't we?

ReplyDelete(Yes, the flowers are beautiful too but we're reeling under temperatures that are way over the 100* mark, so I'm sure you'll understand why I'm ecstatic at the sight of rain)
Wonderful pictures with the rain drops decorating the flowers and leaves.

Rosemary, I have no idea as to the name of the clematis, but isn't it Wonderful?? You must admit that this neighbor's garden is beautiful! :-)
Bobby, Thanks for the compliment! I'm such an amateur. And I use about the easiest little digital camera. However, it was quite an overcast day in the shade (!), and I'd turned off the flash. That challenge alone meant that I took MANY photos that didn't turn out! ha! (The lens stayed open fairly long and I'm just not steady for such a lengthy period!)

Oh it is so pretty! I love all of your flowers, but the clematis is amazing. I see you are up to "S" on your garden alphabet. I hope I can get going on that this summer, a great project for some rainy days.

Deb, No new camera... it's just that mine excels with the macro lens. I would Love to have a camera with more than 3x magnification some day! :-) How are you doing with your camera these days???
