Hemerocallis
Try saying THAT 5 times really fast!
hemerocallis, hemerocallis, hemerocallis, hemerocallis, hemerocallis!
hemerocallis, hemerocallis, hemerocallis, hemerocallis, hemerocallis!
If I were gardening in a lot more sunlight, I'm positive I'd have a LOT more of these plants!!
Whenever I want a "fix," I head over to Gotta Garden! :-) Meanwhile, these are the daylilies that are currently blooming in my gardens.

Hope You're enjoying your Fourth of July! Perhaps that's why the gaillardia sneaked into this post? :-)
Not only are your daylilies pretty, but the hostas in the background are sumptuous.
ReplyDeleteMMM.. that Summer wine is TASTY!
ReplyDeleteRosey
You really have some pretty ones! I just have one yellow one, so it's fun seeing what you have growing. I wish I had room for more.
ReplyDeleteWow! you have some lovely daylilies - I have only recently started appreciating these and have just two :(
ReplyDeleteK
Daylilies are so wonderful! You've reminded me - I must get over to the Wetlands Institute soon. Their many varieties of lilies must be in bloom now.
ReplyDeleteOh these daylilies are gorgeous. I am also a daylily admirer.
ReplyDeleteMotherNature'sGarden, Thank you for visiting and I appreciate your compliments. :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm waiting for an upload of your site. I've taken to editing the size of my photos. I'm able to choose between "Documents" and "Web page" sizes. It takes so much less space on your blog, too.
Hi Rosey Pollen, Thank you for visiting. I'm ready to purchase turnips, due to your recipe! ;-)
Catherine, I'm at the point where I think perhaps I may not have enough room for any more... that's a hard pill to swallow! But, that's okay, too. :-) Thanks for your visit!
Karen, You may be looking for at least One more before long. There is certainly a variety from which to choose. :-)
Bobbie, Daylilies are one thing, but Water Lilies are quite another story! They're beautiful and YOU are fortunate to live near such a place. I hope you're able to get there before long!
Lisa, Talk about virtually care-free! And now that there are re-bloomers... ;-) Thanks for your visit today.
Looking good! I think I might have to find room for Stella Supreme, I love that pale lemon color, it's so easy to combine with just about any other color.
ReplyDeleteMMD, You should get this plant! Besides it's pretty color and nicely shaped blossoms, it's a ReBloomer!! :-)
ReplyDeleteI love them all, even the gaillardia!
ReplyDeleteHi Sue! I love the new gaillardia, too. It has such a cute flower!
