I'm so terribly sad to hear of your loss... such a difficult thing to have to face and yet inevitable. I lost my father twenty years ago and my mother just a few years ago... although it gets easier, one never stops missing them, but thankfully we never lose the happy memories... Larry
I'm sorry for the loss of your dad. Yes, he is now pain free. I just said a prayer for your family. Take care, and may the days ahead go as best as they can.
I am so sorry you have lost your Dad. I lost mine many years ago after a brief illness also...it is always so hard to lose someone so dear to us. I too, have just said a prayer for you and your family and will keep you in my prayers.xxoo
I'm so sorry for your loss. I love your beautiful words about him, and what a lucky man he was to be a hero to his child. I can't think of a life better lived than one that goes out on that note.
Oh, I'm so sorry to learn of this sad time for you and your mother. Deepest condolences. I hope that in time the garden and its memories will be a comfort to you.
Oh, Shady! I am so very sorry to read your sad news. I lost my own dear Dad, whom I adored, many years ago and still miss him terribly but you will find that happy memories will be a great comfort to you. My thoughts are with you and your family...
A huge thank you for the love you have expressed. I'm sad. I know the passing of time will help. In the meantime, it will be therapeutic to be outdoors digging and weeding and planting and generally getting very dirty. :-)
Oh Shady - my heart goes out to you for the loss of your dad. My mum died 20 years ago and whilst the pain of her passing is long gone, I still miss her. Like her, your dad's demise from his diagnosis to his death was very quick and he is out of pain now. That won't help you much now, but it will in the future. Much love and huge hugs....Nutty
Hugs. What a wonderful service. I could have sat there forever listening to the stories the pastor told. Do you suppose he and Barb are somewhere plotting a garden of beautiful flowers? :)
I'm so sorry to read this after seeing your happy tulip post SG. My condolences. It's hard to lose someone you love. hugs. I'm sure he will be greatly missed.
My condolences for the loss of your father, and for your mother's loss of husband. I know there is such an emptiness when a family member is gone, and you think of how much they shaped you into who you are.
Thank you for visiting today. I don't mean to make it hard for you to leave a message, but temporarily I am going to enable word verification. Too many spam messages to deal with lately. Thanks for your patience! SG
