The photo at left shows the ornaments created each year, beginning with the wire and bead stars (2007), the fabric ribbon angels holding tiny wire stars (2008), little leave books that open "in the round" (2009), felt stars with faces (2010), cross stitch (2011), and the woven stars (2012).
Hopefully the photos are "in order" above. At any rate, this year's ornament is going to be another little booklet. The workshops will be during the second week of December. I'm now getting supplies "in order" and the invitations mailed. :-)
Here's a preview of my first attempt at our little booklets... and some of the mess on the table! :-)

In the meantime, let's get ready for Thanksgiving!!

Looks like lots of fun. You're very creative and it shows. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
ReplyDeleteIndeed! It seems so many of our Christmas ornaments hold so many dear memories from our childhood to those of our sons and grandchildren now...:)
ReplyDeleteThanks Grace! Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. :-) Hugs!!
ReplyDeleteTroutbirder, you are so right. I used to make ornaments for my children, both sets of parents and all the nieces and nephews when they were little. I had to give it up after 7 years or so, but I still hear about them once-in-awhile! :-)
