G for Glacier? No, Just "Great Lakes' Icebergs!"

I've never seen a GLACIER in real life.  These won't fool anyone, but perhaps you MIGHT believe they're icebergs.  :-)

Something I'd never seen.  Photos taken near Saugatuck, Michigan.

  1. Good grief! That amount of ice shouldn't exist here in the US -- only in actual glaciers. Very scary. I'm glad we don't have it here in Iowa! -Beth

  2. Wow! That is one frozen ,Great Lake
I bet it's pretty cold there right now!
The weather changes are quite scary, particularly the amount of snow that has been grinding the US to a halt. I do hope it clears up soon and Spring shows it's pretty little face!

  4. Wow! Today I saw a photo of an icy ocean wave. The title was something like Slushy Wave. I truly hope balance comes soon to Mother Nature.

  6. Speaking of glaciers when we went to Glacier National Park on our honeymoon almost 50 years ago there were more than 60. Now only 2 remain. So you better hurry up if your ever going to see one, Shady.....

  7. Hi Shady! I have not been keeping up with blog reading, mostly because I am on FaceBook too much.

Looking at your photos made me shiver! I am so ready for spring! We are expecting a few more inches of snow this weekend.

I hope things are going well for you.
