Hi Shady What an interesting variety of desert plants. Made me smile at a few.. Yes I did get to read a book......Sugar Cookie Mystery by Joanne Fluke Quick easy and light.
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos, Shady. Our son and family live in Queens Creek next to Mesa and truth to tell I don't have a clue about all the desert plants there. Well maybe the oranges and grapefruit trees...:)
ReplyDeleteHi Rosemary! Thanks for your visit, comment and Book Recommendation!! :-) I will look for it!!
ReplyDeleteTroutbirder! We brought home a nice supply of grapefruit! And enjoyed them for many days!! Now That's a reason to travel, as well!! ha!
ReplyDeleteHope you get to visit your son and his family once-in-awhile!! It's a great vacation destination. :-)
Really nice plants. Arizona sure is different. The gravel lawns crack me up. I have one neighbor near by that has that ...wonder where they got the idea. Forgot the name of my roses, still have them (they dry well).
ReplyDeleteOh I'm sure you know #14 is some kind of Yucca...my neighbor had a few and they did well in zone 7a. # Parryi Agave I think.
ReplyDeleteSo gorgeous dear!
