  7. I love the shots of your crocus bulbs opening, from dark purple and light lavender, to the petals opening to show the stripes inside. All of the spring colours popping up from the fall leaves are so emblematic of the new season. I look forward to seeing my crocus unfurling. They are wise to stay down for now, since we don't have spring weather yet.

  9. Thank you, again. For people like Joey and Northern Shade, just "hang in there!" I can hardly wait until your Spring arrives and you begin posting all the wonderful new growth! :-)

Hi Gail! Thanks! Sounds like you're getting a new computer? And a new camera? You should be set and ready to go before long!! :-) (Just in time for all the action.)

  10. Hi Shady,
Wow, you are definitely farther ahead down there than we are ... no forsythia here yet (though we don't have one) and bluebells? Wahh, they're not here yet either. But you do have a lot of the same crocus we do, they're coming up but just not blooming yet with this chilly weather this week. I see you have "Pickwick" (the striped one), one of my favorites and Squill! No sign of ours yet either, but you'll see it as soon as it arrives!

  11. IVG, Nothing is out there in numbers yet. Just one of this and one of that, basically. But I AM feeling very fortunate! :-) I really like that colorful crocus (I've forgotten the name) that you show!

  18. Hi Sue, Well... I wish. We just had a snowfall. I think, though, it may just help green things up a little faster! ;-)
