Love the fox. Thank you for sharing.

  2. I'm not sure if she's the same fox, but she was here last year and nested under our garden shed. There were three kits in our backyard the first of June then. :-)

  3. Oh wow. They are silent alright and we hardly ever see them around here. Maybe sneaky too. Another theory is that the coyotes are taking over....

  4. She's a beauty ... maybe checking out your garden shed again. We have a family of red fox at the lake.

  5. These are amazing, Shady! We've had a fox visit here on occasion, but I've never had my camera ready for a photo. What fun to have little kits in your yard as well; I'd probably be tempted to try and pet them.

  6. How neat that you not only saw this fox but also took photos of it!

  7. Very nice photo! I have only seen foxes at night.

  8. Hi troutbirder, Isn't she pretty? I watched her a lot, again, yesterday. I'm hopeful there will be a litter!

Joey, Do you think they return to the same spot? I'm wondering if this is last year's mom or one of the babies?

Rose, I haven't always had my camera handy, either. ha.

EG Wow - Thanks for visiting. You never know when you might need the camera! ;-)

Brie, These days we're seeing her quite often... morning, afternoon, and even the early evening. I hope we don't disturb her.

  9. What a nice looking creature! Do you ever participate in Camera Critters? It's on Saturdays, too.

  10. Hi Sue, I'm so NOT good about participating in Memes. It seems I can only handle one at a time. I DO appreciate that YOU participate, though! And thanks for the reminder. Perhaps I could do it once-in-awhile. :-)

  11. Hi Rosemary - Please "cross your fingers" that this gal stays healthy and well and brings a litter out for us to see sometime in the near future. :-)

Thank you for visiting today. I don't mean to make it hard for you to leave a message, but temporarily I am going to enable word verification. Too many spam messages to deal with lately. Thanks for your patience! SG
