Do you remember this little ditty?
It would be written in an autograph book? Or on the back of an envelope, when it was common to write letters on paper and mail them via the postal service.

Oh yes, remember that diddy!!
ReplyDeleteIn fact, my license plate has the letters MMC in it, and I can always remember it because I call it my Micky Mouse Club license plate.

Oh you made laugh! and Y not!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo — makes me wonder what happened to the daylilies I planted. Probably victims of a very cold, very long winter.
ReplyDeleteA fun post for the letter Y, however. 2 Ys for me. LOL

Thanks for the memory! I remember the Mickey ditty well. So long ago now. I love the daylily ... you've taken a beautiful photograph. Mine are showing no signs of budding yet. I shall have to visit your blog to enjoy yours.
ReplyDeleteYou made me feel welcome back in the blog world. Thank you! I hope you are having a good summer.
I remember that ditty well. As to texting, nowadays, my English Teacher spouse keeps muttering something about the fall and demise of the English language. :)
ReplyDeleteI am actually relieved that next week is Z. It went on WAY longer than I anticipated.
ReplyDeleteYour lily is lovely!
Cute post and pretty lily!
ReplyDeleteThat is one huge, mammoth-size lily! Huge, but gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteThank you, friends, for your comments. I wish I'd time to reply, but know you've provided several smiles to this Shady G! :-)
