Nepeta is one of my "go to" plants when I need a perennial that works well with just about everything else in full sun.

Saw the title 'Nepeta' on my blog roll and had to race over to bond with another Catmint lover. I have far too many of these in my gardens but I can't help it. Love that pretty blue... :)
I'm another Nepeta lover. Love the smell, love how easy it is to grow and how long it blooms. It really looks pretty with the orange flowers in your fourth picture. Our neighbor's cats roll all over it.
Cameron, I recommend it to anyone that has sun at all! ;-)

Hi Gail! Nepata seems to be a very Versatile plant! I like it too. The most constant blue in my garden is Russian Sage. Do you have it??
My spring is wonderful, Gail. It seems so lush so early. It does make one a little nervous, but I'm just trusting that all is well. :-)
Have never grown nepata, Shady, but now tempted. Yours is very NICE :)
Joey, It is the most hardy plant. I believe it could be planted in almost any location and soil type! There are several varieties. This is "Walker's Low." :-)
