Those really are neat looking plants. I don't think I've ever seen any around here.

Lovely photos. What we call bottle brush is a grass and it looks like this--not as colorful.

Very unusual looking. Don't think I've seen it before either.

Hi Shady,
Happy Easter to you, Bottlebush is so pretty.

An amazingly beautiful plant. I'm shocked to see that it is hardy in Zone 5. I've seen it at nurseries but hesitated to grow it here for fear of losing it to our mild Zone 8 winter. Now I need to find a spot in the garden. Let's see...

Hi Kerri! You grew up in Australia? And you're seeing something familiar here? Small world. :-)

Hi Blossom! :-) It would be the prettiest brush I've ever used. ha

Monica, You're right about that! How DO you add a link in a comment?

Rain gardener, I hadn't ever seen it either - until our AZ visit.

Rosemary, Happy Easter to you also. It's a very pretty flower.

Grace, Please let me know how it does. I'm in Zone 5... Perhaps my friends would bring me a piece? (Maybe root hormone?)
