Wow those are wonderful captures! That first shot is so vivid and beautiful, you might have caught it still drying the wings. And your flowers are beautiful too!

Hi Shady,
I love your butterfly photos! I did find the three in the one, but would have only seen two if you hadn't mentioned that. I forgot to look to see if the photos I took of a swallowtail turned out. There are just a few around so far.


So that yellow flower is some kind of milkweed isn't it? It sure attracts the butterflies. And I love the swallowtails too. We don't have a lot of butterflies here in Oregon so yours are a real treat. Thanks for sharing.
