The Governor General presided over the 28th swearing-in ceremony at Rideau Hall, during which the Right Honourable Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada, presented his new federal Ministry.y

I think fireworks over water are one of the best ways to enjoy them. The Rideau Hall room fascinated me so I had to look it up and it looks much smaller than the photo makes it look, lovely building.
