Garden Bloggers' Muse Day - April 2011

Yes, I'm late.
It seems that's the norm these days...
But I could not take the chance in missing this pleasant way
to celebrate the beginning of each month.

and other Muse Day posts.

Forsythia - at daybreak (my house is not pink)

"But words are things,
and a small drop of ink,
falling like dew upon a thought,
produces that which makes thousands,
perhaps millions,
think."
by Lord Byron, 1788-1824

I might add that a photograph
is not so bad either, in producing
a thought...
Have a great day. SG

Better late than never. I like your addition to Byron's thought.

Do you have a new blog?

Was that wisshful thinking on the part of Byron you reckon :-)?

He was right though, and his own words no less.

Are you always up so early, to get to see a rosy glow on your immaculate clapboard siding?

Jo, It would be wishful thinking on my part! ha. I'm Absolutely not usually up that early in the mornings. Just last Sunday morning when I accompanied "Mr. Shady" out to the woods to listen for turkeys. :-) See my newest post...

I just love forsythia. It is such a welcome show of hope after winter. I just planted a small one and look forward to watching it grow.
