ABC Wednesday - F is for Felicificative!

Do you love it?  The word itself.   Just figuring out how to say it made me happy!  So, there's the definition:  Tending to make happy.  (I found this word online in a list of obscure, little-used words.)

Felicificative:  It tends to make me happy when I think of something to write about for this Meme.

Felicificative:  It tends to make me happy when everything works together in a timely fashion (i.e., our bathroom remodel.  It is nearly finished!)

Felicificative:  It tends to make me happy when I labor a bit from time-to-time towards a certain goal and I see progress as I work!

Felicificative:  It tends to make me happy when other "interested" people join me in the occasional maintenance of a local community garden!

Felicificative:  It tends to make me happy when some of you visit my post and leave a comment!  (Thanks!)

And perhaps now YOU feel Felicificative in seeing this post conclude!  lol

Have a great day!!

What a fun word and the Charley Brown and his intrepid dog are fabulous- the cartoonist drew such pure joy in his charaters' expressions! Did you get your word from Phronistery? I've gone there in the past, but can't always find a photo to go with their words.

I do feel felicificative, thank you very much. The word reminds of the Spanish word "felicidad", which also means happiness. Also, the name Felicity. That would be a lovely name to have. :-)

Hello, everyone! Thanks for visiting and leaving a note. Norma Ruttan, you asked where I found my word. The Internet site I used for rare, unusual words (where you will find hundreds) is Phrontistery.info
