Isn't this a Pretty Sight?

Even though we've had a lot of snow,
I had to share this photo.

"When snow falls, nature listens." ~Antoinette van Kleeff

Compare this photo to the first one in the post below.... same tree
with the result of yesterday's snow.

Shady,
Beautiful photo! Hope you see the end of it soon. Our snow lasted 3 weeks, today finally it is gone.

That deck I'm building is for a customer, paying the bills here too.

Beautiful photo! I hope I can enjoy the snow in pictures from here on out and not in my garden.

This snow lured me out to take some photos too, after I'd just sworn that the snow could no longer inspire me. It is beautiful, now it can go away.

so very pretty.

Today brought us pouring rain. Maybe some of the nasty, dirty snow piles will disappear and we can start over.

What a difference. It looks so pretty with the fresh snow on and around it!

Hi Rosemary, I wasn't grumpy until this afternoon. You can tell that yesterday was a beautiful day and this morning began that way, too. However this afternoon... overcast and a few snowflakes and wind began. humpfh! ;-)

Randy... so, no more ice skating for you?? It's nice that you're able to do this type of work for others... AND use the proceeds however they need to be spent!

troutbirder... yes, sir! In absolute agreement. (I think I'm leaning towards Spring, now - but I need to get a feel for what I will do first...) lol.

Gail, You're so right. It is beautiful. Love it when it's nearly untouched! Staying warm? I'm pretty much staying indoors these days...

Dave, I know what you mean. However, it snows through much of March (quite often) here.

MMD, :-) Agreed.

Hi Bobbie, That's the bad part of snow that sits very long.. the snow gets dirty and often unsightly. I believe that sometime next week the temps are to get into the 30's... which means the snow will begin melting again.

Sweet bay, Thank you. And thanks for your visit.

Catherine, It does look pretty... esp. in a nice, bright morning. :-)

You and I are so alike, loving the moment, dear Shady. This is a stunning photo! What a difference a day makes ... and soon it will be spring!

Hi Joey, My son and I were just tonight trying to decide when Mr. Shady and I could visit in Michigan. We're still deciding.... Surely it would be fun to get together with you sometime! :-)

The snow is dazzling, SG. The tree is perfection.

Hi Grace! The sun had a little to do with it, too. ;-) Thanks for your comments!

That could be a post card. The snow looks great on evergreens but I am ready for it to melt and welcome spring.

totally in agreement, Chad and Brandy! :-)
