Kudos!

Kudos (!) to the developer of

'Raspberry Splash' Pulmonaria

This little fellow has grown and is blooming before all his cousins!
This is its second year in the garden.
He stopped me in my tracks this afternoon!
:-)

Visit Mrs. Nesbitt to see other ABC Wednesday Posts - this week is letter K.

I am a recent fan of pulmonaria varieties. I have pulmonaria 'Silver Bouquet' on trial for Terra Nova. I am amazed at the plants--blooming right now after being planted as tiny plugs in September.

Ah, I might try to find some of this particular plant - it looks beautiful!

I've never considered 'Raspberry Splash' because I've wanted the blue flowers of Pulmonaria, but I might need to rethink that.

Hello All, I'm sorry this isn't a very great photo... I'll take a better one, soon!

Thanks, Sylvia K.

Joco, Yes... I hope I'm able to make it through the alphabet on these posts! ;-)

Rosemary, They are tough. If you have a shady spot, you'd like them!

Marcee, thanks for your visit. I'll need to check out your kalanchoe. :-)

Hi Cameron, I have a number of these plants... they do very well in my shade! Tell me about 'Silver Bouquet.' What makes it different?

Nice to have you stop, Manang Kim

Tumblewords, do you have even a bit of shade? This particular plant is in shade but enjoys a bit more sun than any of my others. (Right now, every plant is in a sunny spot in this deciduous forest-backyard!):-)

MMD, Let me get another photo. I'm sure you'd like this!! I couldn't believe the progress it made this Spring! Do you have Virginia Bluebells?

Looks like spring has arrived in your neighborhood, Shady! The daffodils on Monday's post are certainly "dancing in the breeze," and I do like this Pulmonaria. One of my favorite supertunias is also called "Raspberry Blast." Come to think of it, I like about anything with raspberries in it:)

I have some pulmonaria, but not that colour - it's beautiful! I shall have to look out for it and plant some next to it's blue cousins. :)

Hi Rose, I'm in agreement! I love raspberries of any kind. ;-) Have you ever had a Raspberry Brownie Torte? Oh! It's absolutely wonderful. I should make one and print the recipe!

lv2scpbk, guessing you love to scrapbook. ;-) Thanks for stopping by. I thought it would be fun to join this meme, at least once! ha.

Jay, Isn't it pretty? I have several other varieties, too. Sounds like you do, also. :-)
