This is
Week Seven of Wildflowers in Winter sponsored by
Elizabeth Joy at Wildflower Morning.
We visited our daughter, son-in-law, and their two children (our 4-year-old grandson and 2-year-old granddaughter) in Omaha, NE this weekend. Weekends go so quickly! At any rate, I forgot to bring their artwork home (!).
Below are photos of artwork, from our refrigerator, drawn last September by our granddaughters in Michigan. At the time, they were 3 1/2-years-old and 2-years-old. :-) Enjoy!
(I'm almost positive they're wildflowers!)

Coneflowers are pink,
Sunflowers are yellow.
You think wildflowers are wonderful?
Now, that's a good fellow!

I'm sure I see the resemblance, don't you?
:-)

I think they have the color mix down perfectly. Good for you forgetting a hold of some early art. You never know if they might become famous someday. Besides, I think the early works of any artist are very precious.
Sorry we didnt' get pictures sent! --Cheryl
Elizabeth Joy,
You are so good to get to everyone's postings! I'm sure it's been a bigger endeavor than what you may have envisioned! :-)
Cheryl,
It's my fault. I'd completely forgotten!
Mom
I see the resemblance! :o) Refrigerator art is the best! I enjoyed seeing your wildflower photos too.
Theresa, Yea! Thanks for agreeing with me. ;-)
